The FCS Southwest Board of Directors
The
FCS Southwest Board consists of 12 members: three are elected from Imperial
County, Calif. and three from central Arizona. Two are elected from Yuma
County, Ariz. and two from eastern Arizona. The board also includes at
least one, but no more than three, "outside" directors"
elected by the other board members.

Customers
can impact the business by electing the board of directors who set policy.
Meet Our Board:

Carl
E. Weiler
Chairman of the Board
Carl Weiler is a Phoenix, Ariz. cotton farmer. He is also a director of
the Salt River Project and The Arizona Cotton Growers Association.

John O. Grizzle
Vice-Chairman
John Grizzle is a cattleman and owner of a diversified farming enterprise in Holtville, Calif.

Jon
Nickerson
Director
Jon Nickerson is owner/operator of Nickerson & Son, Inc. located in
Wellton, Ariz. They grow head lettuce and salad mixes, and in the winter
months, use wheat, cotton and Sudan as rotation Crops.

J.
Dick Eastman
Director
Dick Eastman manages a diversified farming and ranching enterprise in
Southeastern Arizona. He also manages Fort Bowie Vineyards with his wife,
Cody.

P. Gargiulo
Director (Outside)
Tom Gargiulo is an outside director appointed by the board, under provisions
of the Agricultural Credit Act of 1987, to an indefinite term. He is owner/manager
of a diversified agricultural enterprise in Brawley, Calif.

of Buckeye, Arizona. Family owned and operated dairy and crop farming
operation. Married with 2 children who are involved in the family operation.
He is on the Department of Agriculture Advisory Board.

J. Kramer
Director
Louis Kramer is owner/manager of a diversified agricultural enterprise
in Brawley, Calif.

Timothy
J. LaBrucherie
Director
Tim LaBrucherie is owner/manager of a livestock operation in El Centro,
Calif.

Colin Mellon
Director
Colin Mellon is owner/manager of a diversified farming enterprise in Yuma, Ariz.

Keith Murfield
Director (Outside)
Keith Murfield is an outside director appointed by the board, under provisions of the Agricultural Credit Act of 1987 to an indefinite term. He is President & CEO of United Dairymen of Arizona.

Paul
E. Rovey
Director
Paul Rovey is a dairyman from Glendale, Ariz. He is a director of the
United Dairymen of Arizona, United Dairy Industries Association, National
Dairy Board, National Farm Bureau Advisory Committee Dairy, Dairy Management
Inc., and the Salt River Project Committee.
